What to include

For a correction, send the page URL, the exact statement you believe is wrong and a primary source or dated screenshot. Please remove account numbers, identity documents, wallet numbers and other sensitive data before attaching evidence.

For a privacy request, use the subject Privacy request and explain what you want us to inspect or remove. We may need enough information to locate the relevant message, but we will never ask for your betting password, PIN, one-time code or full identity document.

What we cannot do

We cannot access an operator account, reverse a bet, speed up a withdrawal or mediate a payment dispute. Contact the operator first. If the operator is licensed in Ghana and the issue remains unresolved, use our evidence-based Gaming Commission complaint guide and verify the submission route on the GCG website.

We do not accept passwords, mobile-money PINs, one-time codes, card details, copies of identity documents or deposits on behalf of any operator.

What happens to a correction

The Ghana Odds Editorial Desk compares the disputed wording with the supplied dated source and the record in our Evidence Register. Where supported, it corrects or qualifies the affected statement; material factual corrections are recorded in the Verification Log. An unresolved claim should retain its evidence limit. This describes the editorial process, not a guaranteed reply time or dispute outcome.
