Editorial Policy
Our goal is to make each material claim traceable, current and appropriately qualified. We distinguish between facts verified from primary sources, observations from a live interface and statements we have not independently tested.
Evidence hierarchy
- Ghana legislation, GCG publications and Ghana Revenue Authority guidance.
- A regulator-hosted licence certificate or register entry for the exact entity and domain.
- Current operator terms, bonus rules, KYC policy and cashier information.
- A documented product test with date, country, device and payment method.
- Reputable independent reporting.
- Operator marketing and third-party review claims.
When sources conflict, the stronger and more specific source wins. A current regulator register outranks an operator badge; account-specific cashier terms outrank a generic landing page.
What “verified” means
“Verified” means we checked the cited source on the date shown. It does not mean a bonus, limit or payment route will remain available. “Tested” is used only when a documented test actually occurred. We do not describe an estimated payout time as a guaranteed withdrawal time.
Our review standard is to show the relevant evidence date and accountable collective editorial identity; the Authors page explains that identity. The Verification Log records regulator checks, removed claims and known evidence gaps.
Documented test protocol
A first-hand app, cashier or withdrawal claim requires a record containing the date, country and network context, exact domain, account currency, device and operating system, app or page version, transaction method, timestamps and redacted screenshots. A payment test must distinguish deposit acceptance from withdrawal availability. Results from one account are not described as universal.
If that record does not exist, we use “check live”, “not independently tested” or similarly limited wording. We never create screenshots, account results or user experiences to fill an evidence gap.
Bonuses and payment limits
Bonus percentages, caps, minimum deposits, wagering requirements and eligible payment methods can vary by country, currency, campaign and account. We check the live destination and official rules. If a Ghana-specific figure cannot be confirmed without a logged-in cashier, we tell the reader to check the exact value before depositing.
Licences
We name the legal entity, regulator and licence number only when an official source supports them. A Curaçao licence is not described as a GCG licence. An operator is not labelled Ghana-licensed unless the current public GCG evidence supports the exact brand, entity and domain.
Ratings and commercial separation
The current site does not publish numeric ratings. A future rating can be introduced only after the scored criteria, weights, evidence and review date are visible on the page. Commercial placement may favour our approved affiliate brands: 1xBet and BetWinner are the primary recommendations, while Melbet and Linebet remain approved. A commercial preference cannot establish a factual score, licence, payment result or first-hand test. Sponsored links are marked rel="sponsored nofollow".
Review and corrections
Our review target is to revisit volatile licence and legal claims when a credible update is reported and during periodic reviews; this is a process target, not evidence that every page has already been rechecked. From claim to evidence
For a material statement, record the exact claim, source URL, source date or access date, the relevant quoted field, what that field supports, and any limit on the conclusion. The Evidence Register and downloadable snapshots provide the public record. Keep the date of a source check separate from the date when wording or navigation was edited.
A regulator’s trade-name list supports only the name and product category shown. A payment provider’s service page supports the provider’s description, not a bookmaker’s cashier or an individual withdrawal. A first-hand result requires the documented test record described above.
Correction workflow
Send the affected URL, exact statement and stronger dated source through Contact. The desk compares the evidence, corrects or qualifies the statement where justified, and records a material factual change in the Verification Log with its date and reason. If the evidence does not resolve the issue, the limitation stays explicit. Small spelling or formatting fixes do not become new factual-check dates. We do not promise a fixed response time or the outcome of an operator dispute.
